Bridget & Geoff Barclay are the owners of both Dynamic Coworking Limited and the premises at Unit 2, 77 Hilton Street, Kaiapoi.
They are Ohoka residents and Property Investors. They made the decision to start their shared office space business in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, as their previous tenant’s lease had come to an end.
“We saw an opportunity to provide an affordable, flexible coworking office space for small business’s, employees of larger companies, start ups, or consultants to operate from, without having the financial or legal constraints of long term leases, operating expenses or refurbishment/move in costs etc”.
They believe there is a demand for a collaborative shared working space in Kaiapoi and greater North Canterbury where individual and small business owners can work, share ideas, mix together and achieve better results for themselves and their business’s.

The coworking industry is currently growing as more people search for a place where they can work—without being at home, in a coffee shop, or shelling out rent on an office space. What are we about?
Dynamic Coworking Limited has been set up to satisfy a need for a shared collaborative work space in the Kaiapoi and surrounding North Canterbury area. We have created an environment where like minded business people can work independently, but with an opportunity to connect, socialise and collaborate with one another. There are break out areas to meet with clients, including a four person meeting room.
Who would fit in?
Dynamic Coworking offers individual business professionals, business consultants, small business owners or small company teams, affordable, low cost flexible membership plans for use of shared office space, including hot desks, resident desks or private offices, on a daily, weekly, monthly or long term basis. Where do you find us?
Our modern single level office is located centrally in Kaiapoi at the front of the Hilton Street shopping complex, next to McDonalds and CBK Bar & Restaurant. There is free parking and a bus stop outside on Williams Street, making access easy. Other Kaiapoi shops and amenities are all within a few minutes walk.
